Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck showed their support for the needy during the Thanksgiving season, as the actor opened his Pacific Palisades home as a central station for a food drive on Sunday.
The actress, 52, was seen loading bags of supplies into the actor’s California mansion after celebrating the holiday together for the first time since rekindling their romance.
Ben and Jennifer were assisted by their children in loading the bags of food into their house, as they prepared to offer some Thanksgiving cheer to those less fortunate.
While Jennifer didn’t appear to be ready for the heavy lifting, she showed she knew a thing or two about weights as she hoisted up a bag of rice out of the parked truck.
The hitmaker sported a lightweight, cream-colored turtleneck bodysuit with long sleeves, teamed with classic grey jeans and wore a pair of towering pumps.
Her dark brown hair was slicked back away from her face into a tight and high ponytail.
Ben sauntered in and out of his palatial pad wearing a light blue button-down shirt as he hoisted bags up on his shoulders.
The Oscar winner, who shares co-parenting responsibilities with ex-wife Jennifer Garner, had son, Samuel, and daughter, Seraphina helping out outside the family home.
Lopez’s 13-year-old twins, Max and Emme, who’s dad is Marc Anthony, also joined in on the fun.
Ben and Jen were clearly happy to be back together again after spending time apart while she filmed The Mother in snowy Smithers, British Columbia, Canada.
‘Jennifer flew back to LA from Vancouver to celebrate Thanksgiving with her kids and Ben,’ a source told PEOPLE. ‘The last few weeks have been intense for her. It’s been hard for her to be away from her kids and Ben.’
Affleck and Lopez rekindled their relationship in April, nearly 17 years after calling it quits on their engagement and only weeks after she broke things off with her ex-fiance, Alex Rodriguez.
